Antony Rizzo of Ray White Burleigh Group – Miami handled the sale of the top-floor apartment in the Ultra building. “The vendors weren’t really looking for a sale at the time but were open to me bringing through a buyer,” Mr Rizzo said. “I had someone who was very interested in the property and did the appointments and sold the property.” The two-level 1093 sqm apartment on levels 30 and 31 of Ultra Broadbeach is the result of a former owner merging two penthouses into one.
