Antony brought buyers around to our home when it was off market. They initially did not have the funds to buy but we were subsequently told that they had sold their house and were able to purchase our home. What we thought would be a simple and quick and unencumbered sale turned out to be the reverse. It became quite complex and very stressful. Antony took a reduction in his commission in order that we obtained the price required to sell. We are really fortunate that we found the home of our dreams and were able to move earlier than expected. Antony was supportive, very nice and easy to work with during a particularly stressful time.
